Andreas04 Template for New Blogger Beta (XML)

You can insert links, widgets, texts, change header, move blocks position, everything without change the html code.
*To modify top links , it is necessary changes in the layout code.

I have been trying to use this template for ages! However, in order for it to load properly, I have to revert to classic template”. When I do that, the template loads properly but because I am in Classic template’ I cannot change the header or even make many other changes and adjustments that I desperately want. Have you got any thoughts on how to remedy?
